Refund & Return Policy
We want you to love your purchase—but if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Start a Return
All returns must be preapproved.
Please email us at pay@wicked.is before sending any items back. Unapproved or late returns may not be accepted.
Return Window
We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of your order date.
If more than 14 days have passed, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange unless preapproved.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return:
- Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) must be provided
- Do not return your item to the manufacturer
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and non-returnable:
Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software
- Select health and personal care items
- Sale items are Final Sale
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted on a case-by-case basis and are subject to a 20% restocking fee in situations such as:
- Returns initiated more than 14 days after delivery
- Late returns that were communicated within the window but shipped after
All return requests are reviewed individually. Items must still be in unused, original condition with all packaging intact.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
- Check your bank or credit card account
- Contact your provider, as processing times may vary

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange:

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you:
- You’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return
- A gift certificate will be mailed to you after the return is received
If the item was not marked as a gift or was sent to the gift giver:
- The refund will be issued to the gift giver
Shipping Returns
- Once preapproved, returns should be sent to:

- Shipping costs are non-refundable
- If we covered shipping by mistake, that amount will be deducted from your refund
- If a return is not approved (e.g., shipped after 14 days without preapproval), you are still responsible for return shipping
- Items may also be returned in-store for free pickup
Important Shipping Notes
- WICKED+ is not responsible for any shipping costs on non-approved returns or those made outside our return window
- For items over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your item
